Simple, Flexible Terms

By enrolling in the VIP Broker Program, Broker agrees that:

  • No obligation to continue. Brokerage may elect to terminate its participation at will by providing 5 days written notice via email to Help@Mondoflyers.com. MondoFlyers may elect to terminate Broker's participation at will by providing 30 days written notice via email to Broker's email address.
  • No minimums. Brokerage and its agents are under no minimum usage obligation.
  • Branding permission. Brokerage will provide to MondoFlyers a copy of their logo and branding information for inclusion in their custom template, and is authorized to do so.
  • Agent roster. Brokerage will provide to MondoFlyers a roster of agents to be enrolled and eligible for Program benefits. Brokerage is encouraged to provide an updated agent roster on an approximately quarterly basis.
  • Template publication. The Brokerage's name and custom templates may be displayed on pages of the MondoFlyers website, and on emails sent by agents.
  • Agent contact. MondoFlyers may from time to time contact Brokerage's agents via email or phone to explain how to use the Brokerage's custom template, and how to obtain relevant VIP Broker discounts and upgrades to which they are entitled.
  • Website access. MondoFlyers may from time to time use and refer to the Brokerage website, or affiliated websites, to ensure accuracy of the agent list, logo and branding information.
  • Standard terms apply. The MondoFlyers privacy policy, terms and conditions, legal notice, and dmca notice (referenced at this bottom of this web page) all apply to this VIP Broker Program agreement.
