In an ideal world, all real estate email flyer vendors would provide accurate, detailed reporting that transparently shows you how many times your client's email blast was opened.

Because email opens is what you're paying for.

So don't be lulled by any vendor's "delivery report" that fails to itemize how many times your actual email was opened if they lump all the web, app, and email views together into a single number, rather than itemizing each view source.

Since they claim to be the "industry leader" we'll use ZipYourFlyer for comparison. Their delivery report still does not itemize how many email opens they measure for your blast. (They combine proprietary "app" views with actual email views. In fact, their delivery reports have omitted itemizing agents' actual, measured email opens since 2018.)
