Each year, we automatically reward frequent customers with special VIP discounts.

There are three VIP Tiers which are based on the number and size of MondoFlyers orders during the prior year.

• Platinum Tier customers (top 10%) receive a 60% discount voucher, plus are automatically enrolled with Platinum VIP benefits for the year. Benefits include unlimited free Deluxe template upgrades, unlimited waived order expedite fees, and unlimited priority blast scheduling.
• Gold Tier customers (top 25%) receive a 50% discount voucher, plus are automatically enrolled with Gold VIP benefits for the year. Benefits include unlimited waived order expedite fees.
• Silver Tier (top 50%) receive a 35% discount voucher.

Full terms and conditions are sent to you with your reward voucher. A voucher is a one-time, one-use discount, with an expiration date.
